They Have 30 Lawyers at this Firm only One person accepts legal Aid 
KAITLYN ARMSTRONG said she would take me on was all excited then i got the Call  but i Guess my case is too complicated for this Rookie Lawyer when everything was straight forward in my Case   She didn't even really look at my Case so how would you know if you didn't even try think there was more too this as i have been looking in  Guelph over 20 lawyers with a legal certifcate all pass me on too someone else this not like OJ Simpson Case its family matter straight forward Easy  tired of this money hungry law firms and people telling me one thing then few days tell me sorry can't help you bunch of clowns circus act you gotta start somewhere when you first start out in law there Kaitlyn maybe you should start your own firm be your own person think you would have some compassion for the poor   i had everything ready. Then i get a call Sorry James i cant take on your case she said lol  i feel like i might not do a good enough job for you James WHAT i can't take on your Case now ok WOW my case is like Easy i think a monkey can win it but thanks for wasted my time i hope no one ever hires you Kaityln and anyone from smithValeriote   stay away please thanks Clowns David vs Goliath no one scares Marshall enjoy my review

I had no issues with my house sale or purchase. Since I was out of town trying to get everything done before my move to Guelph we communicated all through email which was really easy for me. I only had to go in and sign the paperwork which was all prepared and waiting for us.

SmithValeriote in Fergus took care of our Wills &  Powers of Attorney. We were very happy with the service. The lawyer took the time to explain the documents in detail and went above and beyond to answer all of our questions. He even took the time to talk to my mom about her situation!!! Great experience, we will definitely use them again for any legal services.

I would like to give a huge shout out to Vince Starratt and Lindsey Donaldson, at Smith Valeriote in Fergus, who were so helpful and showed so much compassion in helping me, as executor, to settle my friend's estate.  The job as executor is not an easy one!  They helped me along many rocky roads and I think they are amazing.  Thank you so much Vince and Lindsey. :)
