I sat down tonight to write a letter to the Bozeman Chronicle and Bozeman Magazine about Smith's Pharmacy in Bozeman.  Every year Bozeman Magazine publishes a "Best of Bozeman" feature about the most popular retailers/service providers in the area.  There isn't a pharmacy category in the issue, but if there was an "overall customer service"  winner I would argue that Smith's Pharmacy would deserve it every year.  I am 41 years old and work as a retail manager myself, and I have never, in my life, seen customer service like this.    Instead of letter to the editor that will be skimmed over for one week, I hope this review finds customers for years to come.  These folks deserve it.  Thank you Dave and Les, and the rest of the your excellent staff  -- for going the extra mile for my family for the last eight years.
