My father-in-law went in to get his registration with his pink card and drivers license, and they gave him a hard time. He was very upset but he still managed to get it after roughly half an hour. Very poor service. I would recommend to be well prepared and be prepared to wait to be served. Especially if you have ID because they may not believe it’s really you. Poor service

Closed at noon on Dec 31 /21.Frustrating .I had phoned but no message was that they were closed earliy ,so I thought they were opened till 5 pm like thier message center said. I wanted to get my plates registered.I was there at 1230 pm

Amanda was amazing my registration and insurance were stolen from vehicle, and was switching insurance companies, and registration was past due by a week. She contacted insurance company for me explained everything, so they agreed they would send copy to one another so i could get back on the road. Lifesaver and always smiling. Great customer service Amanda from lamont Alberta your the best.

The folks in the registry office are always helpful here. 2021 Edit - With the craziness of the Covid pandemic registry services have become a major inconvenience. You have to wait outside in freezing weather for your turn to be admitted to the building. When vaccine passports were brought in they implemented this too, although there business doesn’t require it. I’ve taken my walk-in and online business somewhere else.
