#1 gone threw 3 dentist in 3 years. Thats shows problem. The over charging after you either pay in full or use credit care and suppose to walk out without a bill. But they send you a bill in mail saying your insurance didn't cover this so you pay even when they have all your insurance info and know exactly what you suppose to pay before you leave. Don't plan on anything if you go there because all their procedures take forever. They run around with their head sets like their professional but doctor comes in and leaves and has to come back. Really slow process.

Horrible dentist. Horrible wait time. My sister had to be numbed over 4 times. Told her a crown would take two hours... She was there for 11. Serious. She went back to complain the next day with the dentist and the manager. Horrible dentist with no apology or care for her patient. Do not go here unless they get a new dentist!

In the 2 years I have lived in the area, I've been to this place about 5-6 times. I have also noticed that the Dentists have changed about 3 times since the two years of being here. My most recent visit was awful and traumatising. I was supposed to have a temp crown put on a tooth that was starting to show signs of decay. I ended up being at this office for 11 hours...11:50am to 11pm at night...yes, this is true. Also, I'm 8 months pregnant. The current dentist they have now could not prioritize the patients at all, she gave me false hope every time she'd show up to "take care of me" and would constantly leave for 40 minutes at a time with no communication as to when she'd be back. She didn't feel comfortable letting me leave with a tooth that was grinded down and no protection on the tooth, so she wanted to finish. I was numbed with every numbing agent that I know they had- multiple times...I lost count after the 4th time. ...I'm sure it was much more than that. Needless to say, I returned in the morning to talk to the manager and explain what happened so he knew both sides of the story. The doctor, to us, was using excuses...she didn't call them that, but to our ears it sounded like excuses more than explanations. Needless to say, I'm pretty traumatized both the whole ordeal and my entire family will not be returning to this practice ever again.

Absolutely terrible place to go-please find another Dentist-a half hour appointment took over 3 hours with the dentist leaving the room 7 times to attend to others. Terrible job all around. Will NEVER return and let others know the lack of quality.

Went there to find problems with my teeth I have never had before. Had a filling put in and had teeth issues ever since. Terrible
