Midwest Dental Chilton

I went to the office to fill out paper work and insurance information 3 weeks before I even scheduled an appointment. That same day I notified my previous dentist to email records and that was confirmed the records were sent. However, no one had "ever received" these records until I made a point to say what date exactly the records were sent on, and magically the receptionist found my records, AFTER my appointment with the doctor. Very irritating. I tried to pay for my visit using Care Credit and the receptionist was going to have to call the company to figure it out because "they can be picky" however I have used Care Credit numerous times elsewhere and never had it be that big of a fiasco. I ended up saying forget it and wrote a check. I was pleased with the Doctor and her assistant, Erica. Friendly and willing to fix my problem right away. Less than impressed with the receptionist, who seemed very frazzled by everything and not very helpful. Even after having my information for over 3 weeks, my name was still spelled incorrectly twice in their systems. This office would probably benefit strongly from a second receptionist.

Everyone is always very nice and always make you feel welcome. They also make sure that you stay comfortable through the entire procedure and make sure that you are not in any pain.

I have had 5 dental appointments since my first initial exam in June, 2016 (very much needed appointments). I am so happy I chose Midwest Dental, during my search for a new dentist. The staff is very friendly and professional. I was always well informed of each procedure and what was to happen next. I would highly recommend Midwest Dental to anyone who was looking for a new dentist.
