Dental Associates North Appleton

To prevent bigger problems with a tooth in the future, Dental Associates recommended replacing its filling. The filling replacement didn't prevent future problems. It caused physically painful and painfully expensive problems - a root canal (ouch!!) and crown($$$). It's not right to pay for a service and then pay again to fix a larger problem caused by the "preventative" service. Dental Associates agreed. It was a handshake agreement. Dental Associates did not honor their agreement to fix the problem caused at no charge and credit our account for an amount already paid for the service. The account credit did not happen as agreed. All of this trouble started in an attempt to prevent a future problem. I hope sharing this poor customer experience will help anyone considering Dental Associates. Buyer beware. Prevent future dental problems by choosing a dental provider other than Dental Associates.

This Morning I Had "12" Teeth Pulled In Preparation for my New Dentures. I am 71 Years Old -- And needless to say, I have visited Many, Many Dentists -- In New York, Indiana, Florida, & Cape Cod, Massachusetts -- And I can honestly say that "The Staff" at North Appleton are the nicest, most efficient and Compassionate , I have ever encountered. This was "A Big Deal" for me and a lot of Decisions had to be Made ? -- The Entire Procedure was Coordinated by *Sarah -- Wow!, what a "Breath of "Fresh Air" she was -- I was so Impressed with her professionalism and manner -- She was "Top of the line". My Dr, was **Dr. Child's .--Again, "Top Of the Line" ! -- I was So Impressed ! -- I just had this Surgery 4 Hours ago , but I just had to write Come Home and Write "How impressed I was !". And Oh! "Last, but Not least "was Dr. Child"s Assistant, *Amber, who went out of her way to make me feel at ease -- Please extend my Sincere "Thank You's" To All of these Outstanding Staffers at Appleton North -- Can't say Enough -- How Please I Was ! I have had issues with old bridges that have failed due to time and age. The care I have received from Dr. Kling and his staff has been beyond exceptional. They took the time to listen to me and cared about my concerns. I had terrible dentists as a child that created major anxiety with going to the dentist. This team has cured me of that anxiety! It is never fun to have to go for a major dental problem but they make it as pleasant as possible.

My experience after not going to the dentist for over 10 years, was amazing! I didn't get a lecture about how I should have been going or about how 'bad' my teeth were. Every person I encountered from start to finish was overly pleasant and genuinely caring. From Beth at the front desk who expressed concern for me in person after talking with me on the phone to Robyn who helped schedule my oral surgery for wisdom teeth removal. Even during recovery, any time I had an issue they were always willing to squeeze me into their schedule right away. Dr.Kling, who did my surgery even called me at home in his off time to make sure I was doing better along with offering reassurance that help would be available to me if I needed it with no hesitation! Dr. Lambert who advised me to do the removal was equally as great. He even remembered things that were going on in my personal life from one visit to the next, able to have a continuing conversation with me just as you would a friend that you only see from time to time. Every aspect of their office has impressed me. I work in the medical field myself and understand how difficult it can be to find the care you are looking for when it comes to your personal health and hygiene. They have done a great job on my behalf and I would highly recommend them to anyone in hopes that your experience would be equally as satisfying.

Went in for a cleaning with no other issues. Told I had a small cavity. After 12 visits, one aborted root canal and then a finished root canal I am still having sensitivity and will likely lose the tooth. A lot of money for a problem they caused.
