Smiles 4 Kids

We came here for my daughters first dental appointment. While we waited to be called back the front office lady was explaining to the dental assistant how a sonicare toothbrush works, you would think the assistant was already know that. When we got back the assistant brushed my daughters teeth and then said she has great gaps and mentioned that we should maintain them. How do you maintain natural gaps… You don’t. Then we had to wait for over 30 minutes for the dentist to come in. Again this is my daughters first dental check up, first impressions are everything. My daughter did a great job and would’ve done even better if the dentist would’ve seen her in a timely manner. After waiting for over 30 minutes she had enough of the waiting (my daughter isn’t even 2). For being a children’s dental office the decor was awful, the toys up front were old and once we got to the back there was nothing to keep her entertained while we waited for dentist. When we were heading out they wanted to schedule her six month appointment, but told us to have a seat and wait. No thank you I will be going somewhere else for her next visit. I am a stay at home mom, but before that I was a dental assistant. Maybe that makes me more picky, but I just want the best for my daughter and that was not it.

This is our third time here and we absolutely love it. The staff is so friendly and nice. My daughter likes going to her dentist and they make it fun every time she is here. Wouldn’t go anywhere else. Thank you !!!

Very kid friendly environment and friendly, kind, helpful staff. Had a very good experience! Knowing that my son was terrified of the dentist and refuses to open his mouth and let the staff do certain things at his previous couple of dentist he's seen, I was nervous that he'd do that again at this dentist but not at this one he sat in the chair and opened his mouth when needed the whole time. I was so shocked and happy. He loved it there. Thank you smilies 4 kids for making my son feel comfortable at the dentist again! My kids loves coming to this dentist office!

I am a extremely natural person who is very picky about what her kids ingest or use which usually makes going to doctors appointments hell cause the doctors just want to get to their next patient but at smiles for kids my experience was no like that. Not only was I treated friendly and in such a way that made me let my guard down but the staff and doctor took time to explain and not pressure me to do anything I wasn’t comfortable doing. I will be returning back very soon. So grateful I found this place.

We have been through a few dentists even though my kids are still little and I have to say, this is by far the best experience I have ever encountered at any dentist. The staff and dentists are all very friendly, very professional, extremely courteous and genuinely caring. They are super gentle and patient with little ones. They allow kids who are comfortable to be completely independent in going back alone or they are more than warm and welcoming when they still want their parents nearby. My oldest needed some pretty extensive dental work and everyone, from front staff to billing staff, to the dental assistant to the anesthesiologist, the dentist - just everyone - was extremely caring and comforting my daughter every step of the way. They were even super supportive of her little sister who was worried. They are very thorough, take the time answer any questions (from kids or parents) and go above and beyond to make every patient feel welcome and comfortable. I can't say enough good things about this place. They are truly amazing.
