I absolutely love these great loving kind people all the way from the receptionists to the nurses to the doctors, awesome people, thank you all for your services!!

I had questions about my insurance being accepted here. Adriana called three times to verify my insurance my insurance is very vague about coverage. Anyhow, she was very helpful and didn't seem annoyed at calling back to verify information. I made both my first appointment and follow up at 11AM. I arrived 15 minutes early to check in as they mentioned on the phone, I was seen on time even though the office remained quite busy. Everyone I came in contact with was helpful and professional. I was surprised the dentist Dr. Leif actually cleaned my teeth! Normally it is a hygienist, so that seemed like a plus. I'd recommend Sea Mar to anyone for their dentistry needs.

I want to just start by saying that I usually dont write reviews and I really dislike going to The dentist, but this place is great! The people at this clinic were wonderful! I had two wisdom teeth that I needed removed because they were causing me immense pain and swelling, but I don't have insurance so I was reluctant to even go in. I called their clinic Friday afternoon, the clerk was so sweet and assured me that they have a sliding fee scale and payment plans available. She even scheduled me an appointment for the next day! I went in and the assistants were really sweet. Dr. Shireman even pulled my teeth the same day. It took maybe an hour all together, and not even 15 minutes to pull them out! I didn't have to pay anything up front at all and they made sure I understood everything about how to heal properly and my medication. My mouth is feeling a lot better already! I will definitely be back to do my cleanings and checkups.

I will be honest I don't like the dentist but this place is different. The people here are nice and very good at there jobs. Gave me all the information I needed and answered any questions I had. They even pulled my tooth same day which was lucky for me. Also one of the few places that take state medical which is a huge plus.

Would be nice if I didn't have to wait two months inbetween appointments. Started with a tooth that needed a basic drilling and filling but took so long for next appointment cavity exposed the nerve and ended up having it pulled. Also the Dr. Was working on another patient at the exact same time if I'm paying for an hour appointment I better have your full attention during that hour. But not the staffs fault I could tell management lacks judging by all the staff being scheduled at to come in at exactly the time of opening being forced to rush there opening duties. Hats off to the staff that keep smiles on their face through out their shifts

The woman in resources was put in an awkward position by the dentist , however she handled it to the best of her ability . The dentist who does extractions is very rude and frankly unprofessional . If you aren't capable of doing an extraction in the first place don't blame it on the patient being nervous. Simply say I don't feel comfortable with my skill level. He only finished one of my extractions out of 4 wisdom teeth, I now have to go through this again and pay for the anesthesia because of someone else's incompetence . I handle pain very well just because I am a petit girl doesn't mean that I let it get the best of me. I was not crying, squirming or causing any delay . I have had a child through 100% natural child birth, I have multiple tattoos and piercings , I have had tumors removed from my breasts, I think I know when I can handle pain at this point.

Staff needs work! I couldnt go into the building with my husband due to covid which i understand. Only people that have appointments can go in or parents with children! But the lady that told me i couldnt come in had an attitude and was rude! Then they scheduled my husband for a 3pm appointment. When the called to verify they told me 4pm! At least he was still able to see someone at 4pm when we got there! Just annoying because what if the 4pm slot was booked!

I don't mind if the dentist is running late for my scheduled appointment. However, I would like to be treated like a human being, not a person on an assembly line. The the dentist and dental assistant could start with a simple introduction and a 5 minute treatment plan or options moving forward. Nope, dentist walked out the room unbeknown to me. I think it's time to find a new community dental center.

I had three teeth extracted here was given no instructions for aftercare and given a prescription for Norco which I didn’t realize was Vicodin which my chart clearly says I am allergic too. Vomit all night go back in for dry sockets now get treated then come back to have them removed and the dentist was extremely rude trying to yank stitches out of my mouth without numbing it. I told him there are ways to treat people and you aren’t treating me kindly I have been I. Pain for four days. He said so what you want the needle to numb you fine when the assistant went to put numbing gel he said no she doesn’t need that I am just going to give her the shot and then didn’t even wait for it to work before going in and ripping them out. If you have any self respect or dignity or believe that people should be treated like human beings do not go here go to peak dental they take state also. I am also filing a complaint with the dental board.

They get the work done but some of the dentists here are butchers. Left the bottom half of my tooth in my gum. Most likely because removing the rest was beyond the guys realm. After a few days the pain was unberable. Came back and the other dentist that was there seemed appalled by the work the other guy did. He removed the rest of the tooth. And got no we are sry from the management. I have something like this happen twice here. If you are able to go somewhere else go there and run from the butchers.
