I brought my 5yr old son to get a basic trim and his hair got completely butchered. The hairstylist was not in a good mood and was aggressive when cutting his hair. I ended up shaving his head at home :-( Spend an extra couple of dollars and go somewhere else.

I was lucky to find Smart Style. It's a delicious experience. A girl named Rabia does my color and cut. She's excellent. And a very reasonable price. The only thing I would like to see change (actually HEAR) is the music. I've had to tell them to change the radio station because I just can't stand it. When you're in a salon, they should have music suitable for spas. You want to relax.

Usually no issues with company and staff. Have been turned away a few times when only one staff on and the pervious customer wants highlights

I wish I could put zero stars. Walked in looking for information and to book an appointment to do hair colour. The girl was SO RUDE. Ignored me when I walked in then didn't say hi just said "haircut?" I explained what I was looking for and she rudely said "I'm not doing that right now" her tone the entire time was so rude I have never felt so disrespected, I walked right out.
