KNT Nails & Foot Spa

I’ve been going here for years. Only place that has never hurt my sensitive nails. I also bring my client special needs to get her nails done. They are always so sweet to her and she loves going. Highly recommend!

I would give this place 0 stars if I could. Walk in appointments are available, but she told me to come back in 30 minutes. So I obliged and came back in 30 minutes because I understood I didn’t have an appointment. After coming back with an appointment, I was made to wait over an hour with no service at all. They are not sanitary, they rush their work, and each and every time I’ve been here the shape and been off and the nail lifts. Extremely annoyed and disappointed with the customer service at this location.

It is a very nice nail salon. The lady who does the nails is very careful not to cause bleeding. I really appreciated that.. she is friendly too. I plan to be going there going forward.

Tam did my shellac manicure today and I am extremely pleased. She was fast and did an amazing job. Will be coming back to her. Service: Manicure

I had a gift certificate for a pedicure which turned out to be a huge disappointment both for both the donor and me. My old nail polished was scraped off with a used nail file. Are they too cheap to use polish remover like everyone else does? My toes were sore for weeks after and I had to put Polysporin on to ease the pain and the fear of getting an infection. All she did was scrape off my old polish and apply new polish. I do not recommend KNT Nails and Foot Spa to anyone. Worst pedicure ever.Service: Pedicure

When i got there they didnt even tell me where to go, very rude. Paid over 92$ plus tip, most expensive ive ever paid for dip powder plus design. Was not impress, i asked on the phone when booking my apnt how much for dip powder and design he said not more than 60$, not only a week nails already coming off, so not impressed, def not going back. Worst experience ever.

Great customer service, they are very polite.. terrible nails. For such high prices you should expect to leave with a fresh and clean set. I left with a set that looked a week old.. it was very messy and uneven. I used to love this place years ago, but it is not up to par anymore. Save your money and go elsewhere…Service: Manicure

Loved it, they were super friendly, and my nails look amazing. I went there with a bridal party so there were 6 of us, and they stayed past closing time to finish all our nails.
