We received a certified letter stating Sliters Lumber in Somers, MT started the process of filing a lien against our property after delivering lumber for a construction project. I never heard of this company so I called them and she said their process is that after they make a delivery, they start this process to insure that their interest in the property is filed for their protection. I asked when the money was due for the lumber, she said June 10th, I'm writing this review on June 3rd. We haven't even been given a bill yet and received a certified letter on June 1st for a debt that isn't even due for 10 days! This company thinks they can put a lien on our property before they've even been wronged. Shame on them! Beware of this company and their business practices.

Great service and surprisingly very well-stocked for the size of the store. The lumber is dry but you need to kind of pick through it which is not a problem because it is dry and doesn't Twist and Turn if you don't use it right away.

Fair prices and fast delivery. Delivery driver was very friendly as was the staff I dealt with on the phone. I'll definitely use them again if the need arises
