Western Building Center Kalispell

I recently put in a new mailbox post, and rented the powered auger to do the job of digging, as the ground in Columbia Falls is not easy to dig. I also bought the mailbox, and post at Western Building Center. This is the only place I like shopping for hardware or lumber. The staff are helpful, and even if they don't have what I need, they can order it with a lot less trouble than Lowes or Home Desperate. Highly recommended!

Limited selection, higher prices than other places.

Other than Ace Hardware I would be there before the other Lowe's and home depot due to there more local employees I believe it's way better at customer service at Lowe's and Home depot your just a number

Helpful staff. This place is very clean and the shelves are organized very well. I always find what I need.

I ordered some drywall and insulation to be delivered. I asked two different people if there would be a delivery fee and both said no. Upon seeing the reciept after delivery I noticed the drywall was $1 more per sheet than I was quoted and there was an additional $2 for delivery. I called them and they were adamant that they told me there would be a delivery fee (which if true I wouldn't have purchased from them). They refunded me the $1 charge but wouldn't refund the rest. They won't be getting my business any more.
