Wheaton's

Quick and appropriate repairs and service. Took a rear tire/wheel into them off an old bike. They promptly laid out my options from repairing ($40ish) to replacing ($100+). I opted to have their team mechanics repair it. They called the next day and I picked up my wheel and rode away happy. Nice to see a shop that sees a broken old bike as an opportunity to make a happy customer.

Repair done well. Had problem with my freewheel, staff experimented with different solutions until the real problem was discovered. This was nice as my experience in the past at other locations involved me stating the issue and some know-it-all spouting the solution and price without ever even looking at my bike. Good job Wheatons, and thanks again for a job well done.

I had to pull out of a Tour Divide ITT due to a knee issue. I was pointed to Wheaton's cycle and Hostel so I soft pedaled down from Eureka. They helped me get my bike boxed and shipped home and took great care of me. One of the best bike shops that I've ever dealt with in my life.

I love this bike shop. I've had my very old bike in there twice for repairs. They did an excellent job and are so friendly and helpful.

Don't know much about the retail area of the store but the rental was fabulous. These guys helped us right out and were willing to stay a few minutes late if we were running behind on time.
