Story

Beginning in Spring of 2012 Slidin' Dirty began serving up gourmet sliders and tasty appetizers to the capital region NY. By summer of 2013 we were voted one of the top ten food trucks in the nation and were featured on Live with Kelly and Michael. The following year Slidin' Dirty took the wheels off and expanded to its first full service restaurant in Troy featuring the food truck favs along with regional craft beer and signature cocktails. Don't worry though, the Capital Regions premier gourmet food truck is still fully operational featuring curbside service and catering.

Great food! Tacos sliders and mac were all excellent! Staff was friendly and attentive! Open till midnight during the week, 2am fri sat and sun till 10pm. It was a little loud in there but food made up for it!

Went for New Year's eve and was greeted at the door by who I believe was the owner.  He was very welcoming.  The bartender was very cool.  They had the Phish stream and it was a great atmosphere.  Much love and continual success to this establishment!

Great place! I love how this bar is designed and the portions in the menu which are more shareable so you can taste different things. The burgers I tried were all great! Super tasty and small, I loved that. Also the mac and cheese are a must try. If you happen to be near by, it is a great stop

Awesome sliders, but service was a bit slow for us - we went midweek for lunch.  It had to be a solid 30 minutes before our food came out.  They're little tiny burgers - what's the hold up?  Also, I ordered the Slider Trio but it doesn't come with fries - how can you eat burgers with no fries?!?!  And for 12 bucks?  I'd give it 3.5 stars if I could.

Good sized sliders and tacos. I'm a moderately hungry girl and was satisfied with two tacos. My table of 5 also shared the sampler, which we all agreed was the best sampler we've had. Included a variety of items - nachos, egg roll things, chicken wings, and on other thing that I forgot. The food wasn't very original or interesting though, which is why this was not 5 stars
