RAFIQ was prompt to help with my booking! I had a very good experience with Rafiq who spent 5 hours dealing with Air Canada's not responsive customer support department in order to booking for my parents. In the end, the rates from Air Canada were exceptionally high for me to book  the ticket but RAFIQ gave me the best deal.   Overall he  just takes skyroute Travel to a different level.  Very quick booking process and very prompt in answering any queries. Excellent experience. Would recommend for all the travel needs.
