Based on the reviews I thought that I would be getting the help I need, but unfortunately I did not. I spoke to Harvinder regarding vacation plans, and it was if she didn't want to help us at all based on her attitude. There was no sense of customer service or willingness to explain anything, or answer questions thoroughly when asked. Definitely not an approachable person to ask for help from, and she's stated as a supervisor on her business card.....worst experience ever. Really wished that we spoke to someone who was more personable.

Trina booked our vacation to Vietnam for us; we visited Hanoi, Hoian, and Saigon. It was our favourite vacation to date! There is no way we could have planned it ourselves and had as much fun especially in such a short timeframe as we did not have our passports until six weeks before we left. Our itinerary was detailed, easy to follow, and well planned. We loved all the activities we did, and the places we stayed, and our tour guides were great. We will definitely go to Marlin Travel if we need help planning an international trip in the future.
