Best service in lower mainland. I been going to Gaba for 20+ years. I trust them with all my travels tickets from Gaba. Highly recommend

I have called the office today to get an information about a ticket to India the information provided over phone was not satisfactory. Then I went into the office and Simran Dhillon listened to my request with patience and helped me to get the ticket. I will say they are very professional when you visit in person. I have noticed that they are receiving multiple calls that is why sufficient information is not possible to provide over the phone. So go in-person

Just talked to a person. Poor service and need to know some manners how to talk to the customers. Will never call back or recommend to anyone.

We had such a worst experience with this travel company they don’t even deserve 1 star but I had to . I would not recommend  any one . First of all such a rude staff . Kapil really needs to learn how to provide customer service if manage is like that what kind of training  is being provided to staff he will tell you that he will call you back but will never do . Are  owners really sleeping that they don’t even check how there staff is running business. My mom went during Covid 6 months back and she just came back now . … before she was leaving she got her pcr test done day before her flight and we were really concerned that it was ok for her to fly but these guys told us that mom should change her date so we were so much confused that we went to YVR to air Canada desk to check that it was ok for mom to fly after talking to air Canada desk we were relieved that mom can travel but these guys Gaba travel are just sitting to make money … very disappointing. Then if there is long weekend there is no one to help you so if we have any questions where are we going ? I will never ever send any of my relatives or friends to this place but for sure I am sharing our worst experience with everyone for sure  Gaba travel learn how to do business first .

Very bad service and non professional staff. Initially they said $255 for ticket and after that they charged me $300 from my card. They sent me ticket after 5 hours of visiting the store and confirmed random seat. I am travelling with baby amd now not listining to me. Simple advise is that don't trust on Gaba travels. Positive comments are totally fake and they don't know how to speak with customers.

Kapil is a great person and always willing to assist his customer... Booked  my tickets through them again for March 09th and the customer service from kapil and her worker simran gill was outstanding to say the least  assisting with downloading pdf files for vaccine and passport on the suvidha portal....

Positive reviews are totally fake. I have tried many times to give them the opportunity to rectify a canceled flight from India. At the end I rebooked my flight through Air Canada directly. Why do we pay an agent if we are personally have to resolve any issue that arises. Save your time book online for a cheaper price ideally it is what they do anyway. Used them for many years but as of late they have completely fallen apart.
