Story

Sky Zone is the world’s first indoor trampoline park. We’re the inventors of “fun fitness” and the makers of trampolines as far as the eye can see. We give you one of the greatest workouts ever combined with awesome, healthy fun. We’ve been voted the number one “out of the box” workout and the “best party ever.” Experience WOW – the weightlessness of bouncing, flipping and landing in a pit filled with 10,000 foam cubes.

I took my son and playmate to Sky Zone's Friday night glow in the dark dance party and it was amazing. They had so much fun. There's a DJ playing all of the latest tunes and the kids get to run around from station to station. Great way for them to burn off energy. The staff is young and interact with the kids at the various stations. I didn't jump but next time I definitely will, it was that much fun. It's a bit of an expensive night once you factor in admission, glow in the dark t-shirt and socks however you can wear a white t-shirt instead of purchasing theirs. I would go again.

They threw an excellent, headache free birthday party for my son. So thankful for our hosts Leo and Dahlia. They both did an amazing job. Leo seriously went over and beyond to accommodate us even when we had last minute requests. He was polite and positive and friendly the entire time and really cared about everyone’s experience. It’s clear he wanted us to have a great time. I wish I could give him 10 stars!

We had my son’s 5th birthday pretty there yesterday. We did the extreme package and they were absolutely wonderful! The service was amazing! They helped set up everything and decorate. They helped serve and helped with clean up as well! Best birthday ever! The only complaint the kids had was it wasn’t too short! I should have booked extra time! Thank you so much! Also the food that you order from them is quite good too!

Great place to have a party! I want to thank Sky zone @ Mississauga for a good time, adults and children loved it! I especially want to thank Leo our party host who ensured that everyone was happy and having fun and Dahlia I was very pleased with her service she’s the best! made sure all the children had their drinks and snacks.Onthe behalf of everyone who attended thank you Sky Zone!

I took my almost 3 y.o son to go jumping in the toddler section. We called before hand to see if the place had space. We were told there was still room left. When we got there it felt like everyone is Mississauga was there. I couldn't believe how busy it was. Anyways, as per usual we filled out our waiver and paid for an hour. When we walked over to the toddler section it was full of people of all ages jumping all over the place. Not one rule was being followed in the main jumping section or toddler section. I felt the need to voice my concerns with the customers to remind them that the toddler area was just for toddlers and that only one person per trampoline square. Well some people seemed to get it and the rest couldn't care less. I was worried for my child so I approached staff and expressed my concern. The young man I spoke to seemed to have lost control of the place and just told me he tries to tell people what the rules are but they don't listen. I told him he needs to talk to his manager to see how things can be better controlled. It was soo unsafe. In the main section there were adult and children as young as 1 years old jumping in such close proximity to some teenagers flips and jumping 2 or 3 to one square. Most of the problem came from absent minded parents who let their kids go loose where the adults and teenagers where clearly trying to practice their jumping technique. I was just waiting for someone to get hurt with whiplash or a broken bone. After a half hour of seeing enough craziness we left. My son had a great time but I will make sure I come when it's the Sunday morning toddler time to be on the safe side. Sky zone staff and management need to do a better job at controlling the crowds on busy nights. There were people wearing stickers of times ending hours prior who were still jumping. It's no wonder they appeared to be overcapacity. Yet why isn't someone going around asking these people to pay for more time or leave?
