We had our daughter’s birthday party today, highly recommended. Very neat, best place for toddlernThe staffs were very helpful and accommodating  an extra star for them.

September 2022 4*nnVisited the place for my kids’ friend birthday party. The place is located in the nice neighbourhood with plenty of parking space.nnThere are plenty of games and slides options for kids. There is dedicated area for toddler. Also plenty of video games and other options.nnFood pizza was not great and could have been better. Room sizes are fine and with sufficient sitting and standing space. Staff is nice and courteous.nnThe washrooms are clean and nicely maintained. Would recommend to put more slippers outside specially for kids.

I go to this kind of play places a lot! And this is my first time to be here and I believe it’ll be last time!nPlace isn’t clean and equipments are old or out of order!nThere’s a bad smell everywhere  Smells like urine .nOther places where I have been before are much much better for the same price or even less!nStaff was friendly.

PROSnClean area and the staff is very friendly. Came here on a Monday and were literally the only customers. Good sized play area and lots of tables and chairs for the parents/caregiver to sit on while the kids play. Due to the pandemic, only one adult per child is allowed. They have a specific area for the littlest one that are not yet walking too. My little one still enjoyed running around, climbing up and down even though he's the only kid there at the time. Recommended for kids to play around.nnCONSnSome rides are out of order, and wear and tear in some areas are already visible.

I have been to this location twice in Covid with my 16 month old and 6 year old and the place is very clean, my first time I came beforr closing & saw the staff sanitize & clean especially toddler sections. Clean bathroom was comfortable changing my toddler.nnSecond time I came in the afternoon today and I could smell the lemon Cloris scent in the toddler section so I was at ease to know my daughter is in a germ free environment.nnThe staff is very friendly. Everyone is wearing masks unless anyone was eating in the designated area.nnI had no problem with the machines so far but I am completely aware that they are not owned by the playcenter owners aswell.nnBig enough to accommodate families with social distancing.
