I do not recommend these guys to anybody. First off my mother is very ill with cancer. She needs the driveway clear so she doesn't fall and break anything. We hired these guys for her house and single car driveway and it is ONLY the START of the season. They came by with cars in the lane way, which is fine so we requested a call back and they never came. Not only once BUT twice. Only to find out the day after when we called that "we called back to early and they refused to come out today because they are not servicing out. On top of all of that I asked for refund so can switch to Worry Free and they are going to take off charges for 2 services they didn't even do properly with a 10% cancellation fee. DO NOT RECOMMEND, the receptionist does not handle herself very well and is very unprofessional as well.

Horrible service!! Dont expect anything from platinum service! This only means they wait till the storm is over (which could be 40 some cm or more) before they come out. Its a promise you will be the very last serviced customer on your street in every storm. Every other company in my area came out in this period..only Skyhigh provided zero service. The absolute most ignorant woman on the phones...obviously a family company that they cant get fired from

Sky High does a great job and are very timely and helpful with their responses to different inquiries.

They did a fantastic job with our snow removal - we have no complaints! They always showed up and did what was required...plus, they didn't pester me with emails and phone calls. Would definitely recommend!!
