Very professional service. I called multiple businesses to get a quote, and this one was the only one who actually answered the phone. Service was also prompt with next day availability. He seemed to really know what he was talking about, and even charged less than he had originally quoted when he determined that the scope of work was less than anticipated. This honesty is pretty rare nowadays.

I Booked an appointment to estimate roof and Yves arrived early and prepared and was super honest and professional with repair advice.Very impressed with knowledge and fairness in the way he handled appointment. had the roof done in may and was thoroughly satisfied with the work. The installers did a great job of cleaning up and we're very respectful of the property. They are highly recommend able

Terrible, unprofessional and dishonest. If you are looking for a real roofing company please stay away from this disaster of a company. Seems to be a couple of kids running a part time operation on the side. Good luck getting any sort of support or even a returned phone call after something goes wrong.

I had this company install skylights in my home only to find that they were leaking into the attic. I called the owner as his work was guaranteed for 10 years. He came back to fix the problem, however his "fix" did not solve the issue. I contacted him to let him know that the problem was not fixed and there was still a leak. I proposed some options to fix the problem but never heard back from the company. Since then I had 3 other roofers come by to have their opinion on the issue. All three roofers stated the same thing - the skylight flashing and ice and water shield were not properly installed the first time. When talking to the company about the installation he assured me that it was done properly but it may be the skylight which was "broken". I believe that this was done to convince me that there was a problem with the hardware and not the installation. The bottom line - paid this company to install the skylights, paid this company to do minor repairs to the skylight (although the work was guaranteed!!), now I'm stuck paying another company to redo the work that should have been done correctly the first time. I would never recommend OAR to anyone for this reason. Buyer Beware.

Called OAR for a quote and they came by and provided a written estimate for a skylight replacement. I called Yves back to accept the quote, and he said he'd get back to me with an ETA on installation. I called him back a few days later because I didn't hear back and I left him a message. No word a few days later I called him back and left another message. It's been over a week and he never got back to me. Absolutely horrible service! Buyer beware
