Horrendous. Burnt my dress pants, pressed my suits flat leaving them looking massive, left wrinkles everywhere... don't waste your time.

Terrible service... Clothes not done on time, always seems to take time to find them. Go to Newtex instead.

Noooooooooo!!!  I don't usually rate anyone's business but I had to this time.

Stop going to this store!!!  I was just told by the store clark that the store was broken into back in Jan. 2016, and bunch of men's suites including mine were stolen.  The articles stored longer than 30 days will not be covered by the insurance, and they did not have decency to call and let me know about the incident until I come to the store.  Today is March 23, 2016.  THE WORST experience ever.  Once again I'd strongly suggest you stay as far away as you can from this dry cleaner.  Not enough security to protect customers valuable articles!!!!   $750 down the drain...  The rate is lower than 1, by the way!!
