Dr. Welder and his team handled my cataract surgery professionally and with excellent results throughout the entire process. Especially important was Doc. Welder's experience and advice in choosing the best replacement lens for my eye and his expert surgical abilities. Within hours after surgery I noticed a significant vision improvement. One day later I already had 20/30 vision in my right eye, everything looks brighter and colors are vibrant again. Within no time I should have 20/20 vision as my eye quickly adapts to its new lens. No one likes eye problems, so knowledgeable and competent doctors and staff are critically important. A big thank you to Dr. Welder and supporting members of his team. I highly recommend Siskiyou Eye Center to keep you eyes as healthy as they can be.
This place is Top Flight! Dr. Epstein will know that expression. During my last visit we discussed a great deal about aviation and flying all sorts of military "toys". Of course I also "aced" my eye exam. I don't need another exam for a year, but I might go back just to update him on the latest scuttlebutt with our aircraft and spacecraft. This place is a blast! Thank you great doctors and staff for all you do for us.
Other than a long wait to complete the various steps for my visit with Dr. Ewing, all staff were courteous and professional. The waiting room was full, and staff seemed overloaded. I have the highest confidence in Dr.s Ewing and Epstein and grateful for the care I have received over the years.
All staff were pleasant and helpful. Dr. Welder took time to explain the resilts of my examination in an unhurried fashion and answered all my questions. I am grateful I found Siskiyou Eye Center.
I've had eye exams and eventually Cataract surgery at the Eye Center. The staff has always been helpful and friendly, and the doctors are excellent, taking the time to explain what they are doing. Your eyes are in good hands...
Care was excellent once I got there. Now I’ve had two appointments rescheduled because the doctor won’t be available with absolutely no assurance that the new appointment will be honored. Fed up going elsewhere.
The service was always good as usual, but I"ll give ten stars when the mask mandates are no longer enforced.
What a great experience. I interacted with 4 staff, all who identified themselves, were professional and efficient, never rushed, explaining what to expect and how long it would take. Dr. Englund immediately put me at ease, was very knowledgeable and able to explain so I could clearly understand the test interpretations, and very clear when going through all the testing procedures. He answered any concerns I had, and I left knowing my eyesight was in very capable hands...very impressive interaction with the entire practice.
Professional, personable, efficient service. I have trust in the professionals as well as the support staff. The environment is attractive and quiet. It might be like an extended family!
I have faith that the Eye Center and their professionals have the capability of correcting eye and sight disorders. I went to them based on strong recommendations from friends. They are also expensive, and will charge you high prices for short visits with no corrections offered. You will be charged for services that are not fully paid from your medicare payments. My takeaway....I will return when my vision difficulties are more severe. I cannot afford to pay for the advice to return later.
