All I've ever had from this doctor's office is good. Advice, medical needs, etc. They're fast with refills and fast to call you back when needed. From the excellence of medical services to the professionalism of the staff, it's just all good.

Update: The last time I called I was treated very nicely. But the time before was horrible . Although I really like Dr. Bainbridge. The receptionists are sometimes super rude. They talk down to patients , and they are not helpful. They also ask inappropriate questions.

Got checked in After sitting there for an hour i went up and asked and I was never checked in and they told me to reschedule and it would be a week out tho and not enough try and get me in later or anything just told me there one open next Friday most unprofessional place I have ever been to

I have been going to the Weed Medical Center this year and I'm very happy with the care and customer service. The bad reviews are from looks like a disgruntled employee and someone with a nasty attitude. They work with you on appointments and call to remind and confirm, and every person I have interacted with is respectful, professional, and most importantly happy. :D Katherine, you are very disrespectful.

No longer Siskiyou Medical Group. They don't seem to care about their patients as they once did. I worked there for 8 1/2 years and then the care was great. The patient always came first...
