I love this place, however it is hit or miss. This last order was very greasy two of us got stomach aches after eating it. The fries were cold and undercooked as well.nnThree stars though because we have had amazing fish and chips here!nnThe lady we dealt with at the front was very friendly and great to deal with.
We used to eat here occasionally and oh my god has it gone down hill $50 for calamari dinner and PROCESSED chicken strips and fries wtf??? Wont be back nor be recommending to anyone. Me and the other person both got upset stomach within 30 minutes of eating.. definitely avoid here
I have been a customer for many years, I have left this wonderful family business over hundreds of dollars in tips as I just loved their food so much I couldn’t see it go out of business until today December 13th 2022. Travel 2 hours in the winter for a grocery haul and shopped and starved for 2 more hours because during lunch it was full. So came back at 5 just to get left over fries the new fries were at the bottom of the plate, so you could tell these were left overs that were re deep fried. I also received half cooked chicken stripsthey were big pieces so the middle was still raw and rubbery! when I made note to the blonde elderly waitress she cut the chicken up and said it was fine very rudely to me, no sorry, nothing at all but these comments show they like to use their excuses… I wish I got a better excuse to spend 50$ on a uncooked meal I couldn’t even bring along for take out for my 2 hour ride home like I ALWAYS have done and she than proceeded to charge me 50$ for two meals, that little blonde hair boy waitress was more reasonable, he was definitely worthy of tipping!
By far one of the best fish and chips places I've ever been to. Prices for the most part are great, portions are even greater and the staff are super friendly and reserved.nnFood is outstanding and the environment is peaceful and calm allowing you to eat in peace without any disturbances. Sometimes it's nice to be able to sit down and enjoy a meal in silence.nnOnly complaint is that their desserts are often not available despite the dessert menu advertising them. I've had this happen to me 3 times in the 5 times I've been there. Hopefully I'll be able to enjoy their desserts one day.
food is amazing! even my 4 autistic children who are highly sensitive to certain foods were coming back for more. I even had to do a 2nd take out order 20 minutes before they closed the same night because my kids ate everything we ordered the first time. The person who was working when I picked it up was awesome and very energetic and was very helpful and had no problem with us ordering so close to close. keep up the great work and we will deffinately be back!
