My wife and I just left Panago Pizza in Williams Lake with a VERY bad taste in our mouth. First of all upon entering nobody was making any pizza. The place was dingy, poorly lit, stuffy and hot. The gentleman that approached us began to take our order then handed it off to another girl who was busy. She reluctantly took our order but was as pleasant as possible considering his bad attitude. Still no pizzas were made. As we waited for everyone to quit peeking out of the back of the store and make our pizzas we noticed how run down the place was. Filthy and worn. Especially where the food was prepared. They were taking orders by hand because the computers were down. Shortly after we ordered, a woman came in to pick up her order. It hadn’t even been started. The girl with the most experience was frustrated and said to the two boys, “You’d better learn how to do this because I’m going on lunch and I have to deliver a pizza.” The two boys were just walking around like zombies accomplishing nothing. She left. 1 boy began to make our personal pizza. He stretched it onto the pan then left and went to the back and stayed there for about 15 minutes. He then washed his hands and then picked his nose right after. They spent most of their time in the back paying no attention to angry customers or their jobs. Finally, After about 25 minutes, Wonder Woman came back in and made every pizza they had NOT in the time it took to answer a phone order. SHE HAD TO DO IT ALL WHILE THEY WALKED AROUND LIKE ZOMBIES.
We got our pizza and thanked her but received no apology. Several pickup customers were still waiting angrily.
When we got to the van, we opened our pizzas to find a greasy mess (not akin to Panago). And both Pizzas were not the kind we ordered.
WHEW. That was BAD.
It’s a good thing they didn’t know that I know the PANAGO family personally.
And Yes, they will be hearing about this.
The whole Shebang took forty-five minutes from start to finish.

My dad owns it so I should do this, but I eat it like five times a week and it’s still great
