Mings Palace Restaurant

I have never felt less valued as a customer. We were cold and wet after driving through a nasty snowstorm. We called a half hour ahead was told it would be 20 minutes. Past experience told us that being 10 minutes late would be just about right. When we arrived, the front entrance was full of people waiting for their late orders. Slowly, they all got their orders. The woman at the front desk seemed unable to find my order, and was slammed with people ordering, picking up, and paying for their meals. I ended up waiting a full half hour in the dingy waiting area. We ended up getting our food a full 40 minutes after they said it would be ready. When I finally got my food, I asked for a discount. The woman asked the manager, but no luck. It wasn't her who took the order (or anyone else's who was waiting), but she was totally getting someone else's mistakes dumped on her. The food was okay, but not great.

We had take out, they supplied plates knives and forks, food was good For take out

Food was OK. Good but not spectacular. Buffet was not well stocked. Otherwise it was fine.

Very delicious, varies of foods, and great people! May be a little expensive but worth it!
