Good cleanliness and good effort to help guests keep abreast of when their loads are finished. The hot beverage and snack items for purchase is a nice addition which has potential and room for growth.

Machines are broken, AC was not on and the cafe is not really a cafe. My Eddie Bauer sweater ripped from a loose screw in the dryer leaving a nice size hole. Dry cleaning shrunk my higher end wool jacket. My husband called the owner to rectify and he was "crusty". Ultimately he said to bring the items in with photos we took when we pulled the sweater out of the dryer finding it stuck on the screw, evidence of purchase price for replacement item we bought and he would consider reimbursing us for the tear. Didn't even approach the jacket getting shrunk as I didn't find out until weeks later when I tried it on. The lining actually sticks out of the bottom. He was not apologizing and his tone was not at all "good customer service" Avoid at all costs

i like sips and suds during the day the staff is helpful and friendly but at night its a whole different story. the girl on duty needs a serious lesson in dealing with the public especially in a business. you walk in the door and shes at the front desk with her head buried in her phone. she dosent even bother to look up to see who's coming in or say something as simple as a hello. whoever ownes this place certainly isnt getting their moneys worth with this employee.

The worst laundry place I have ever been to. The wifi kept kicking me off. Machines were broken. There weren't enough dryers. The place was filthy. It was VERY expensive. The couches looked like they were from the 60's. I'm sure the place was crawling in germs. The ONLY good thing about this laundromat is that it had a cafe, which I never used considering the rest of the place was so dirty. Oh, and they also had a vending machiene that was broken too. I will never go back ! If I could give ZERO stars I would !!

The owners were very nice and understanding - I have never used laundromat machines before and they were more than willing to help me out with every machine. They recommended a machine, and even gave me quarters when a machine didn't run the way I expected it to! (I was closing the dryer door wrong). It is very nice and well kept, there are lots of comfy places to sit, and free wifi. When I thought I left some laundry, I messaged them and they replied even though it was after closing hours. I hope my washing machine never breaks again but if it does, I will be coming back here.
