A non-profit organization providing supports for single parent families in Newfoundland and Labrador.
The Single Parent Association of Newfoundland and Labrador (SPAN) is an agency supporting the needs of over 24,000 single parents in the province. The services and programs offered by SPAN are as follows: Information & Referral, Crisis Counselling, Food & Clothing Outlet, Back-to-School Project, Christmas Support Project, Prom Dreams, Parent Effectiveness Training (P.E.T.) and the Single Parent Employment Support Program (S.E.S.P.).
