Needed a new to me dryer for our camp. Salesperson was warm and welcoming. In and out. We had a new dryer in 10 minutes and even got money back coming to me on our trade in. Almost too easy! Thanks folks! Excellent experience.

I had a great experience with Simpson's when they came to repair my old Kenmore washer. The service technician was friendly and professional. He had to order a part, but was able to get it working, so I could still use it until the part came in. It wasn't long until he was back, with the part, to finish fixing the washer. If, and when, I need to replace my old Kenmore I know I'll be going to Simpson's to buy another one.
Great service from Suzie in sales to Paul and the delivery guys. They went out of their way to install a stackable washer dryer in a very small closet. No one else you buy from would do that kind of installation. Have also used them for service on my stove and other appliances over the years and always happy.
