Really great experience! Staff helped us pick out furniture to fit our needs - also gave us a really great deal for their “birthday” event on a sectional. Delivery for the furniture was cheap even all the way to glace bay!, and financing was quick and easy. Would recommend!

Shopping for and with my elderly father, who was downsizing to an apartment after selling his home furnished. Kenny looked after us the first day we were in, even suggesting ways for my dad to save some money on one of his items. I went back several weeks later, Kenny remembered me, and gave the same great service and attention as the first visit. Ended up purchasing several items that day, and he got everything on a late run delivery that same day, a huge relief for us as we were trying to coordinate moving and were in town from away. Of note is almost everything in the store is actually in stock, which means no waiting 3-6 months for deliveries! Kenny has the needs/wish list, and I know dad can comfortably get whatever else he needs with Kenny's help.

Unbelievably upset at the moment. Salesperson Fred was great. However every moment after that was not. I should have known by the way we were ignored at the customer service desk when we wanted to pay. Paid off the purchase and thought I made arrangements for delivery the following Tuesday. So when Tuesday rolls around and no delivery I called at 4pm and they couldn’t find the order. Off and on hold for about 15 minutes when it was discovered that they had down for November 24 delivery. Which isn’t what I asked for. So. Mistakes happen. I can understand. So they tell me they can get delivered next day. No problem. So I’m moving my elderly father in law in. PAID for a moving company to bring his belongings over and hastily put away the items so we could be clear for the furniture. 2pm. I call. Nope. We are waiting for our truck to come back. We will call you. No call. 2 hours later. I need to know where my father in law is going to sleep tonight. I call them back. Store is closing in 15 minutes. So no chance for me to make any other arrangement. I could have had the damn moving company pick it up if they had of been forthcoming with me in the First place on Tuesday and said there’s no way we can deliver. I could have called a friend with a truck to get them to pick it up. So instead. I was pandered to and now no delivery of his bed till tomorrow. I can handle not getting what I asked for. But don’t say you can do something when you CLEARLY couldn’t and don’t string your customers along.
Claimed to have sold me a “higher end” bed, got to my house looking different than the display and the new one is uneven, wakes me up consistently giving back pain. Salesmen assured us that it was good quality, Save yourself the trouble. Definitely do not recommend.
Great service. Knowledgable sales staff. Prices were the same for appliances, but they had them in stock which was the biggest plus for us compared to the big box stores. Didn't have to wait 2 weeks for new appliance when ours broke down. Went in, picked out what we wanted and delivery the next day
Paid $2100 for a recliner and sofa 5 years ago. The upholstery on the Lazy Boy recliner fell apart after 4 years. I went in to replace it and asked what they could do about it. I was flatly rejected. Even a $25 discount would have gone a long way to keep my business. Nope! Walked next door to Keltic Furniture and bought a replacement. ***The owner responded to this review by suggesting I did not wait for the store to counter my request to see what they can do for me. After explaining my issue about the recliner the sofa is still in excellent condition to the salesman , I asked if there could be a discount on a new recliner. I was told "No". I told him that didn't seem right as we paid extra to get a Lazy Boy and expected more quality than such as to last 4 years. To be clear at the end, I asked the sales person directly and my exact words were , " So, there is nothing you can do for me?" His reply was "No, nobody selling furniture will stand behind upholstery that is that old". At that point we left. Maybe, they can suggest what their interpretation of that statement should be other than the one we had made? There was no; " I will talk to the manager or the Lazy Boy rep."; no, " I will take your name and call you back". That is what we expected, instead there was just a quick rebuff of the complaint. I was not impatient nor was my wife, we were just at a loss for words at the dismissal of our concerns. We had walked in that store with the full intent of making a purchase.
Had the worst experience ever. Purchased a stove yesterday had it delivered today to find it all scrached and chiped. Called 10:30am was told they would call back never did. Called three more time finally got some service guy who che ked email of pics i sent. Said they had none in stock have to order them and continues to tell me they take them out of boxes before delivery to check for manifacture structure damage well what about the scratches etc they apparently dont look for them. So i was tols they could refund me i said no ill keep this till the new one csme he said ok hung up. Then i get a call 10 min later saying there coming for it i never told them to. I said i. Will have no appliance to cook for my kids etc. I got thats not my problem he said. Worst customer service ever i will never buy from this store again. I went purchased a stainless steel one from home depo ten times better stove alot better price and wicked service they know how to treat there customers. Thank you home depot you guys rock now i know why i always bought from there. Jr raheys never again and my family always bought there well noone in my family will never again. Home you all enjoyed your supper cause i couldnt cook for my kids thanks to you guys.
