Purchased a Maytag washer here that stopped spinning within 2 years. Called at least 4 times in 3 weeks to be repeatedly told they would be out in a few days to the first of the week. Never heard from them again. Took the washer to another repair shop to be told the transmission is gone. Over $500 for a repair. Needless to say it's scrap metal now. Will not be returning to this store for purchases anytime in the future.
These guys have always treated me well and unlike many other appliance dealers in the area - they’ll service what they sell!
Was looking for a new washer that was direct drive and under $1500, exceptional customer service! Found exactly what I was looking for in my budget and had the washer within 5 days. Will be back for more applicances!
We bought a dishwasher from this place and it is no longer working. A YEAR ago, we first called to ask for a repair from the store. Over the course of the YEAR, we called 4 times to ask where this repair man was. They kept saying that "It will probably be next week sometime because we are pretty busy". The outright lies from this store is embarrassing. Our business owns 4 houses that are in need of new appliances and we will certainly not be buying them from this store. You would think that a small, local business would not have this unbelievably poor support.
Best customer service hands down. New washer dropped off and installed the same day as ordered during a pandemic Also had an issue with the washer that was promptly taken care of. If we had of went with a big box store we would still be waiting for a washer. Great group of guys all around! Nobody expects to have issues with new products, but it can happen and when it does you want people who will take care of it , these are the guys!
Best customer service hands down. Shout out to Covid Scott for keeping everyone safe. Very very happy with my new appliances. One small glitch, Charles had it handled not a problem. Thanks guys.
Amazing service and people. Quality appliances and reasonable prices with free delivery!! Had soooo many issues with other businesses and Smith's came to the rescue.

The Website doesn't have any prices listed for the merchandise. Since I don't have a vehicle I do much of my shopping/purchases online and have items delivered to my door. It would help to have a catalog of items and prices online to help make a decision on purchasing. I usually just go to at site where I can see the items and the prices and order from them.
Great little furniture store with friendly helpful staff and knowledgeable sales people. Supporting local business is easy to do in a place like this.
