Standard pharmacy, wait time wasn’t too long but I came at a less busy time of day. My con about this pharmacy is the lack of diversity in terms of staff, in both locations. It feels a little unnerving bc of all the diversity we have here in Niagara. I hesitate to go into here because of that.
I recently switched over to Simpsons Pharmacy from a different pharmacy in town. Sean, the owner has sent me a welcoming email right after my inquiry. The level of his professionalism, knowledge and dedication is impressive, and it sure has created a culture of courtesy, politeness, friendliness and trust for both of his pharmacies. I am glad that I moved over to Simpson's and regret that I haven't done it sooner.
Our family's pharmacy offers advice and options if you have children who can't or don't want to take pills. They send you reminders and deliver for free. Ready to listen, friendly, and knowledgeable.
