The Facility is always well maintained and the staff are so very helpful. Joe is awesome! The unit was immaculate when we moved our stuff into it. And I recently realized that there is lightning in some of the bigger units!! They open early and close late (10pm). I'd use this storage company again! I'm so glad I picked this one!

Simply Self Storage Lansing West is by far the best storage facility I have used in the last 40 years. Joe Burman and his staff are exemplary in the way they keep the facility neat, clean, safe and especially the way they treat their customers. I want to thank Joe and his staff for always keeping my treasured items safe and always treating me like one of the family. If I ever move back in the area I will utilize your facility again. Thank You

Joe is great! Runs a very clean organized place. Extremely nice and helpful. He knows whats going on there. I know my stuff is safe. If there is even a question he calls to touch base with me. I don't know any other place that does that. He treats people as people not as money/customers or as a citizen. That's why he gets my business. Otherwise, I would have been gone years ago. I sure hope that the corporate headquarters knows the type of person they have. Although, they must he had been there for sometime.

Spent close to 3 years at this location and I highly recommend this place to anyone. It was always clean and, more importantly, secure every time I went to use my space. We had a climate control unit and not once did we find it at a temperature we weren't satisfied with. The best part about this location however is the customer service. Simply top notch.

The staff is extremely helpful, and service is GREAT! The few times I have interacted with the staff here, they have always went above and beyond to make the experience easy and delightful! Also, Joe is the greatest person on earth! Joe is kind, generous and will ensure that you are taken care of! Simply self storage is clean and very reasonable in price!!!!! Thank you Simply Self Storage!
