Snow comes inside the unit I am renting. The management and corporate office don't communicate very well.

How convenient it is to rent a unit using an automated kiosk... NOT!!  Rented a space here after office hours on a Saturday and my gate code would not work.  Nobody to call or contact, a 14 foot Uhaul loaded and nowhere to unload.  Cost me an additional $100 to get a storage unit elsewhere. Advise - rent ONLY when a REAL PERSON is there so you are GUARANTEED access to your storage unit.
