I just wanted to take a moment to say "Thank You!" to Dominique at the Public Storage site at 4816 N. Grand River Ave. in Lansing, MI for all of his help selling me boxes and packing supplies while I was engaged in cleaning out my storage locker. I put 75 boxes of books and papers in the facility in 1988 and hadn't inspected it since 1998. With the exception of about twenty paperbacks which had been "crunched" when when the boxes shifted, I was delighted to find that ALL of my books and papers came through in great shape and that the books still made great donations and gifts to friends, university archives, and the Hoke County High School in Raeford, NC, which hasn't had a book budget since 2009! Dominique was also very helpful with providing suggestions for places to donate some of my old science fiction magazines when I found out that the Goodwill people wouldn't take them. News about his outstanding work and commitment to quality service certainly deserves to be shared with his "Upper Management" at Public Storage. "Thank You!"

They start out with a great price. After a year and a half i now pay almost $30 more. Plus they have this big door replacement project coming up i stop in to give them a key in hopes they won't cut the lock, instead give it back to me. Guy says sure, and takes a key. I go to my unit and find they already cut the lock off with no note in account. Then he wss gone before i got back to the door. Like within two minutes. Grrr i drive 45 miles one way to use my unit and couldn't.
