Plaza Garage - Lot #344

I went to a Blue Jays game with my father on August 26, 2017. We live in St. Catharines and this was our first time driving to Toronto for a game. Wanting to avoid a long walk, we parked at the Plaza Garage Lot#344, next to the Roger's Centre. My father is in good shape for an 89 year old man,but, we hadn't considered that a multi-level parking garage would not have an elevator. There were no signs outside of, or leading into the garage, that stated that there wasn't an elevator. It was quite a struggle having to climb up and then down the steep,narrow and dimly lit stairway. A number of people stopped and asked if they could help. Thank you to them. There were a number of other older people having difficulty on the stairs. If you have mobility issues or issues with vision, this is definitely not the place to park. It is a shame that not all facilities used by the public are made accessible to everyone, especially this day and age. Henry

It's SHOCKING & DISAPPOINTING that there are NO ELEVATORS ON THIS MULTI LEVEL GARAGE. NO SIGNS TO STATE THAT FACT.

Great vicinity to the Rogers Centre and CAN Tower. A nightmare to leave after events - be prepared to wait a long time to exit. Select days had traffic control by police and those were smooth but for the most part, it gets hectic. This is expected downtown though. Also, ensure you've locked your car and remove valuables, I was victim to a robbery in this garage during an event.

Well, it's close to everything, but we were charged a flat rate of $30 on a Friday morning. We only stayed 1.5 hours. No elevators. There are a lot of sharp turns inside making it vehicle unfriendly. There's zero airflow making it like a sauna even on a cool day.

Cheapest parking in the area during non-game day. Easy access.
