My son had a horribly ingrown toenail. Between Debbie and Melanie, I honestly felt as if they had know us for years as soon as we met them. They are incredibly kind and gentle. Exceptionally professional. So friendly. They both treated my son so well, and there was never a moment that I second guessed the decision to have his toenail partially removed. I am fully confident he was in the best hands possible, and they both made sure he was as comfortable as possible during the whole procedure. Melanie was very gentle, and talked to him to make sure he was comfortable the whole time. Debbie is just a sweet soul. Kindness radiates from her. I will absolutely reccomend simcoe foot care to anyone I cross paths with. Thank you to both Melanie and Debbie for being so kind and understanding to my son, and getting him in and looked after so quickly!!

I cannot say enough good things about the staff at the simcoe foot care clinic, I have had two procedures done on my foot, one at a general surgeon and one with Melanie and the difference was day and night, Melanie took a very kind and caring approach to this procedure to make it as pain free as it could have been. Both her and Debbie continued to follow up and my make sure my healing was going well and that I was doing okay. They always greet you with a friendly smile and I always look forward to seeing them.

Melanie is extremely knowledgeable in her field and has many years of experience behind her. She is gentle and kind and I would definitely recommend her services. She has certainly helped me!
