I was having trouble hearing and made an appointment at Simcoe, ON, Arnold Hearing Centres. I am so happy I chose them. I had excellent, professional service. Everything was explained to me and I felt like a valued customer. Highly recommend them to friends and family.
My Grandma, Shirley Wippel, visited and had the best experience. She is very happy with her hearing aids and the 2 ladies that helped her were amazing. She is very happy with the service and experience that she had.
Deborah was very attention to detail as I'am upgrading my existing hearing aid unit...from battery to the New High Tech..charger hearing aids,.....eliminating batteries..Deborah was professional every step of the way. I would truly recommend Deborah Spencer to all my friends and neighbors...FIVE STAR RATING....SECOND TO NONE.!!!!!!

My 5 year old had to go for a hearing test and the lady who did it was great with him he honestly thought we went there so they could play the bird chirp game
