I haven't purchased any items from this place but I called asking if they did. Immediately once the phone picked up I got friendly customer service. She was kind and told me she would ask Kevin and then call me back. And less than a hour later I get a call back and she kindly apologized that they did not have the part and suggested other locations that I could try. Had to junk my 13 year old car due to rust. He came with his truck at the time he said he would, paid me, and took the car away. Very efficient.

Haldimand Norfolk auto recycling is a respectable company. I have owned many cars that have ended up in the scrap yard. This goes back years with Norm, hard working, honest man. Kevin Houle is much like his father, repectful, honest and always willing to help you out. I have had many cars go to this yard. Paid well for a vehicle that will never drive again. I will continue to call Haldimand Norfolk auto recycling when I need to  dispose of my car. Thank you Houle family :
