Absolutely amazing service at a more than fare price, far superior to those crooks at Koncir. Sadly it took me almost a decade of being taken advantage by Koncir before I tried Cardinal Muffler and very quickly came to the realization of just how bad Koncir is by comparison. This is an example, my wife's truck was in for a simple Air Conditioner repair at Cardinal but the problem was much more substantial than originally thought. The owner of Cardinal told me he would take it up to Blue Star for a more thorough diagnostic and that he would cover the bill, which he believed would be less than $100.00. When he picked it up from Blue star he was shock to receive a bill for $450.00... but even though he was well within his rights to pass on that cost to me, instead he stood by his promise and swallowed the entire $450.00!!!!! I offered to cover some of it but he insisted, even going as far as to show me the bill he had received from Blue Star. Astounding!!!!! Cardinal you are the best.
