I enjoy this cineplex as everything right in eye view compared to other ones, spacious and not confined as it's all through the big corridor. Staff have never once been rude and helpful when asked any questions. Plus nice that it's not as packed as some other ones in the downtown core.

Nice place to hangout and watch latest movies with pop corns, nachos and drinks of your choice. One can book ticket in advance and it's easy to book tickets from desk too. Staffs are friendly too. Since this is inside Yonge and Eglington center mall there are plenty of other options for you to spend time, shop and so many restaurants options too. The cineplex first floor also has game parlour for game enthusiastic people. Loved being there.

This theatre is amazing with the VIP experience. The seats are cozy and the in seat serving is nice. The only thing I wished is we have a place to put our finished dishes/plates so we’re not smelling food beside us the entire movie.

We saw Avatar here in 3d and it was a great show. The theater was clean and there is a great selection of food and drinks there. We bought our tickets ahead so there was no waiting in line though the screening was full. The ads were too long at the beginning so I will adjust my timing next showing so I can just see some previews. Post Covid, it is so nice to see these big screen movies on a truly large screen with amazing sound. You just can't get that at home on a TV even with a surround setup.

I attend this theatre regularly for the VIP screens. Everytime the staff is absolutely wonderful and accommodating. The theatres are clean when I arrive, and the staff is friendly and welcoming, making the whole experience that much better. I always look forward to returning for whatever movie I want to see next.

Had a bad experience with a racist person in the theater. Told the theater staff and they promptly kicked that guy out and also gave me free tickets to future movies. Super professional, courteous and respectful staff. I super recommend this theater.

Staff friendly. Starbucks is seriously lacking it's normal options. The theatre we got was the basic seats, no recliners very uncomfortable. I usally go to ciniplex in Durham and every theatre there is upgraded I didn't know that some places still had the old style.

I liked the experience. Unfortunately I got the spot closed to the screen so the 3d thing didn't work very well for me. I couldn't see very well but all good. I loved the sweet potatoes fries

Teach your new hires not to misgender trans customers. Why even use a gender at all. I was humiliated as i came to this cineplex simply to purchase my ticket with my family. When the employee told my partner to tell him to pick a screen. I have BREASTS! I have hips! My hair is long! What part of me makes you think it would be appropriate to address me that way.
