Great Hideaway theatre, rich with film history and architecture on the walls. Great staff that makes you feel welcomed. Imagine Cinemas has great popcorn! * some of the theatres have smaller screens then I’m used to. But enjoyment wasn’t affected especially seating in the reclining seats.

great place! been here twice in the last week accidentally but we’ve been the only ones in the theatre both times! it’s great and we love the sofa recliners- game changer

5 stars just based on the seats? Yes. Everything else is standard movie theater business as usual. There is no cell service downstairs and no wi-fi.

My all time favourite movie theatre! I love how it’s not shiny, new and high tech like Cineplex. It has this old school look and feel, staff are friendly and inviting, and once your in your movie and you lay back in the reclining chairs with your snacks, your in heaven.

The theater is unassuming from the outside but a staircase quickly dives to a large underground theater. The screen size in auditorium 3 was great and the seats were all excellent! Popcorn and snacks are comparatively priced with Cineplex

A terrific local theatre that has the best seating - big leather recliners so that you can elevate your feet. You can't beat cheap Tuesday when all seats are $8. Support this neighborhood gem!

Inexpensive movie theatre often overlooked for Cineplex, has very comfortable reclining chairs. Food menu is a little lacking but is close to St Lawrence Market if you're in early enough. Or you could just enjoy a film with nachos or popcorn.

The lounge seats are SOOOOO comfortable! It's a smaller theatre but every seat in the house is a great seat. I no longer go to Cineplex since Imagine theatres always has the box office movies with more comfort and less crowd. Unlike the big cinemas the food is actually reasonably priced. The only negative is that this is an older theatre and the decor of the lobby could use an update. ***the theatres themselves were recenly renovated with new leather lounge chairs so I am only referring to the lobby needing a makeover****

I love this theater. Small sized rooms, very comfortable reclining seats with plenty of room. The staff are all very nice, friendly & helpful. Good snack bar too.

It's definitely good for a discount movie theater. The chairs are all recliners and comfy. The building and amenities are a bit run down and the snack bar is subpar. Not the freshest snacks and popcorn.
