Silver Maple Motel

This should be a beautiful motel. But far from it.lucky to get one star. The room and sheets stunk. The beds and pillows should all be replaced.as the rugs well dont walk around without slippers or shoes...the area is beautiful.close to shops..but very very unclean

Very peaceful, very quite. There is a great view of the lake across the street. The rooms are extremely clean and absolutely no bad smell. The bed was very soft and comfortable. Had a amazing experience. Great hospitality!

this place is great for a getaway to Haliburton! the owners were so sweet and kind and hospitable. I was able to walk across the street to fish, and the view of the lake is wonderful! the rooms r simple, but it was clean and no bed bugs! I will definitely be going bk for another visit!!

We had a comfortable stay at Silver Maple. The motel was average at best, our room was decent sized and bathroom was clean, however the bedding showed it's age and ought to be replaced. Other features: free wi-fi, walking distance to town, decent rates and on-site diner (although it was closed during our visit over Thanksgiving weekend).
