I like the ambiance and decor. Michelle did a great job throughout my whole spa experience. Her massage is one of best I've had. I'd recommend this place.
I visited Silver Leaf Spa with my cousin for her birthday yesterday and I’m so glad I chose this spa! Everyone there were super friendly and welcoming, it’s absolutely beautiful in there and such a relaxing atmosphere the moment you walk in. I got my massage from Michelle, and I just have to say, she’s amazing. I love that nobody is trying to rush you out. By the end of the day I felt like I was on a cloud. I definitely will be coming back and already started telling my friends to come visit! Thank you ladies for making my first experience here such a good one!
Had a great time here! Went with a group of girls and we all enjoyed a great lunch and amazing services. The staff are super friendly, funny, and skilled. I loved my Escape massage, manicure, and pedicure. Definitely want to come back again!
Two of us had the most wonderful day at Silver Leaf Day Spa. The spa is beautiful, clean, and has a very relaxing atmosphere. Dolly and Sue were lovely. Azar was with me all day for a relaxation massage, facial, and pedicure. She was very friendly, knowledgeable and sweet. I would highly recommend this spa!
Relaxing, clean, and professional. I come for the massages by Connie- who is FANTASTIC, I have seen her in several locations, but this one by far is the best. It is quiet and peaceful, and just what you need to relax and let go. It’s a little more pricey than other places, but definitely worth it!
Like to share our experience July 16, 2022. This “spa” has very poor customer service. We have been here before and quite enjoyed our couples massage but this time was very different. First off the beds weren’t warm which they normally offer. We were here celebrating our anniversary with a couple massage, I didn’t mind my massage but my husband wasn’t impressed his rmt Connie didn’t even massage him it was a lot of holding and pausing. We were in the same room and he didn’t want to ruin my experience but he was ready to get off the table. We don’t every complain this is probably the first time I left this type of review. At the counter which we didn’t even want to pay were asked about our experience and told them we were disappointed to which the receptionist said the manager will contact you Monday to speak about this….. 5 pm rolls around on Monday no word so I phoned in… they don’t care the RMTs are commission based and said they can’t do anything for us and she will speak to Connie Friday about this…. Still no phone call. Waste of $260 and terrible customer service. Don’t go here there are better massage places and that actually care.
Went here for a first visit using a gift card. We were 15 minutes late, which was due to personal emergency, but they charged us the full amount. They could’ve given us a discount since we were a first time customer. That’s not how you keep a customer happy. The massage therapist also wasn’t great. Overall, I won’t come back here and don’t really recommend it.
Enjoyed my visit! It’s been a while since I last slept during a massage. If you are into relaxing / soft swedish massages like me, request for QUEENIE, she is the best.
My fingertips remained so sensitive all evening and even washing my hair this morning I am aware of this sensitivity. Probably too much filing to remove the previous product and I did mention at the time that maybe another wait with foil would be preferable.
