My most fav gurudwara to go every now and then esp during the weekends. One must attend every evening paath for that tranquility and the soothing Paath to the radiant Guru Purab at the Gurudwara, Ragis that play their presence feels like a living Simran. The voice carries the peace of Gurbani, and the spirit reflects the humility and grace of Seva. In every Shabad, the Jatha sahib doesn’t just sing — they channel Waheguru’s light. Truly, the souls who turns devotion into divine experience.

We are grateful and blessed for this day.nEvery time we come here to pray, we feel reenergized.nThere is always some function, events and paath happening here. It is always lively with positivity.nThis Gurdwara has enormous space, big Darbar Sahib, very big langar hall, always serving sumptuous food to every visitor.nAccessibility by public transport -nTTC Subway train to Kipling, then bus 927 express bus, alight at Westmore. Walk about 6 minutes.nOr bus 36 from Finch West station.nYou need to cover your head with a scarf . Provided at the Gurdwara if you forgot to bring.nAny time of the day you go, this place has devotees around, praying, singing, serving and eating at langar hall. Don't be shy. Serve yourself a meal, sit down cross legged, good for your knees, savoure the blessed food. Show gratitude. You can bring some grocery and place it there as donation. But nothing is compulsory. Just say, Thank you Babaji, for this meal. Sikh are happy to share food. No judgement, no looking down. Pure service. That is what our Guruji has taught us. You will see many students coming here for langar. Many local families to celebrate their events. Many elders to cook, wash and serve. Nobody judges. It is like automatically, effortlessly running. Even a restaurant might run out of food. But here, at SSCT, you will find pots filled with variety of delicious food at all times. This is the blessing of Waheguru Ji.nOn weekends, they have kirtan with hand played instruments. It is iconic, mesmerizing, blissful. Sit in the langar hall for a few minutes after praying. Connect with God. Seek from Him your dreams. Remember to keep your head covered at all times.nThere is a small souvenir shop in the Gurdwara. It has limited opening hours. You can buy khanda, karaa bangle, car stickers and Sikhism souvenirs for yourself or your friends.nSSCT has well maintained, clean male and female washrooms.nIf you are driving, here they have a huge carpark.nOutside the Gurdwara, there are spots for perfect pictures. If you are a foreigner, your family would be happy to see your pictures at this Holy Gurdwara.
I go there often well organized and very peaceful place. My kids go there for punjabi school every weekend. They love this Guaradwars and punjabi school.
The Gurudwara welcomes all with open arms, offering serenity and spiritual nourishment. From the melodious hymns to the heartwarming Langar, it's a sanctuary of peace and inclusivity. Experience the beauty of Sikh hospitality in a place where all are embraced with love and acceptance.
