This mosque was built by Afghans and has huge area. There are monthly programs in English, Dari and Pashto. They also have facilities to wash and prepare bodies for burial.

1 star for the mosque being too focused on Afghan community. The dua is made in Dari/Farsi and Arabic languages and not in English. Except for prayers (which has to be in Arabic) the rest of the stuff is carried on in Dari language. This, in my opinion, kind of makes non Afghans feel not welcomed in the mosque which again I think is the reason for Afghan majority of the population that prays there. I myself belong to Afghan community; but I think a mosque is supposed to be inclusive of all cultural backgrounds and not restricted to individuals belonging to a certain community. I hope the admin is kind enough to carry the administrative matters in English so individuals from all communities that reside near this mosque would feel not so lost when they come to pray there. Also, I hope my comment is read with an open mind and heart and I hope that it has not caused dismay to anyone. I apologize in advance if anyone finds my comments distasteful or hurtful since constructive criticism is the only reason I'm writing this review.

I agree with Aman this masjid is too ethnic focused. In Islam there is no segregation between different races and I know this masjid is supposed to cater to the Afghan community but this makes non Afghans feel like outsiders.
