Was driving around the area and passed by Siboire and thought I should give it a try. What a surprise! The interior is nice and cool, and just had a great vibe overall. The fish and chips were amazing and would highly recommend. We also ordered the fish tacos, grilled cheese and pizza and they were all tasty. Would def come back!!

Loved this place. I came here on a weekday afternoon. The beer options were delicious. The atmosphere is a cool and hipster with lots of woods, metalics and plants and the staff were very friendly. The food options were also great for pubfare.

Our server was so lovely! We were first in here this morning and she was so kind and pleasant. The tacos + cocktails were awesome too

One of my go-to s for a good beer and reasonably priced meal! Their fish and chips, pokebowls, tacos and poutines are so goooood! And they have a wide variety of craft beer :! The service is always impeccable and quick, so perfect for a quick meal during lunch. Great for groups and the atmosphere is great!

Half of the 12 taps are always changing, allowing the constant delight of discovery of new beers. You can ask for their taster selection or pick your own 6 small beers to go through. The food is typical bar food, with a twist of sophistication but reduction in portion size.

Nice and clean concept. Around 10 diff beer on tap. We had a sample of 6 and one mean bloody mary. All good, attentive staff. The only minor thing is that celery should have been washed better...

It's not that easy to get good beer in Montreal. Thankfully, Siboire brewery steps in to the breach with a 6x4oz flight pictured, season tap, and some bar food. Reasonable prices, excellent beer.

inconsistent pours on the flight we received today. Tried 6 of the beers, 2 were very well executed with full flavours coming through. The remaining 4 were nice in that there was a true variety of flavours, but they tasted incomplete.
