This is a very unique Pub offering such a diversified experience. They have their own distillery and even grow some of their ingredients which I believe this asset makes this place much more desirable than other Pubs. They have picked specific ingredients and created a very distinctive menu offering such an incredible variety of cocktails and food. They pride themselves with the quality of their ingredients, taste, as well as phenomenal presentation and customer service. I love the setup and how everything is clean and neatly organized. Thank you for the experience!
Without a doubt a must go when in Montreal! They say spontaneous moments are some of the best in life - it was the first time my friends and I visited Montreal and Projet Pilote will forever be a highlight on our trip. Fred, Jacques and Phil made us feel so welcomed from the moment we stepped in to the moment we left. Their professional and passion is nothing short of phenomenal. The pub is also thoughtful and elegantly designed, ask Fred to tell you all about it. I’m only in town for a few days but I’m already looking forward to going again and seeing the new friends I met tonight.
A nice brewery in the plateau with good selections of cocktails and artisanal beers. The decor was really inviting and highlighting their distillery. Although the service was incredibly slow the evening we went drinks didn’t come, double orders, etc, the food was surprisingly good. We got the fries, Toulouse sausage very good and the gnocchi excellent.
Amazing. Interesting and good locally brewed beers. Very very nice staff. Vegetables are grown on the rooftop. Nice atmosphere, the music is not too loud. Huge spirit selection, especially gins.
Impressive atmosphere. One of the fanciest brewpubs/microbreweries I've seen in Montreal. Selection wasn't as impressive as the settings at least to my taste. The service was really good though. Washrooms were well-kept. Overall a very thoughtful layout throughout the interior. Would circle back once the selection shifts in future seasons for sure.
Great drinks, good vibe, and the barman suggested the "Toujours Vivant" magnum wine bottle for next time. So, I'm definitely coming back for that, and the great story I was told that comes with it!Food: 4/5
Projet Pilote is possibly my favourite spot in the city. The atmosphere of the restaurant is cozy and inviting, with a warm ambiance that makes me feel right at home. The menu offers a wide variety of dishes, all made with fresh ingredients and expertly prepared. The portion sizes are always generous, leaving me full and satisfied every time. But what really stands out to me the most is the brewery. They brew their own beer on site, and the selection is incredible. Each brew is unique and flavorful, perfectly complementing the food. I particularly enjoy their IPA, which has a smooth and hoppy refreshing taste. The service is always top-notch, with the staff being friendly and attentive to our needs. They always makes sure our dining experience is enjoyable from start to finish. Overall, I would highly recommend it to anyone looking for a delicious meal and a fantastic beer selection. Whether you're a foodie or just looking for a relaxing night out, this restaurant is a must-visit.
Cute place with vibrant atmosphere. Fun and fast servers. You need to try delicious burger and fries with aioli. Beer was smooth and tasty.Food: 5/5
Not all food Items are on the same range : poireaux vinaigrette for example are 40%more expensive than the fries perfect btw but definitely not feeding anyone enough ; still nice to see this kind of items back on food menus, but isn't it supposed to be on the very cheap side ? Wheelchair accessibility: Seems like there is a low degree ramp to enter, might be good or at least better than most places
Highly Recommend . Top level of service, the food was good, serving was quick, and maintained the covid 19 protocols. The best part was the productive conversation with Thomas the Cook. He showed us some amazing cooking books & shared his experience.. lovely night with lovely people: thanks for your service:
