We engaged Shurway Contracting for a small job and while Kevin was helpful and the design work was very professional the individual they sent to do the work - Mike Tucker - was clearly the wrong man for the job. I try to give people the benefit of the doubt but he really wasn't up for the simplest task. The work quality was extremely poor and when I tried to explain this to him and pointed out the shoddy work he tried to laugh it off. Ultimately we resolved the issue but I would not recommend using Shurway again (or at least request someone other than Mike Tucker).
